Paypal/Ebay question didn't know where to post

Hi didn't know where to post this, so please move to the right place if needed. I have bought on Ebay many times but just sold my first thing today on Ebay and got a payment. It looks like a credit card since paypal says it will charge me a fee to accept it. So if someone does get a biz account do they charge a fee for all incoming money even if "cash" funded money or is it just on credit cards get a fee. I looked on paypal for the answer and it looks like a fee on all incoming money whether "cash" or credit card but wanted to be sure.

nak once you upgrade you pay a fee for everything.
