New Signature Policy
Please read the revised document regarding board signatures as we have
clarified the policy and reduced the amount of text allowed for board

(in case any of you are unfamiliar with the term "signature", it is the added text at the end of all posts, emails, etc. that comes after the message. Many people have their computers generate the text automatically on all outgoing emails, etc.
