i was just wondering if anyone can tell me the real difference between the weight of fleece? i know there is 200 and 300 weight but dont know the true difference. also if anyone could help by telling me where i could find it that would be great. i tried looking at joanns and hancocks but no luck. i didnt see anything written on the cardboard that its wrapped around.

Most of the fleece available at Hancock's and Joann's would be considered 200 weight I think. But I also think the terms really belong to Malden Mills, and other fleece is different. But it is a measure of how much fleece weighs per yard, or the density of the pile. A good place to learn about the different types of fleece is www.maldenmillsstore.com. Not only is there a glossary and a FAQ section, but if you click on the diagrams that come up for the different categories of fleece, they show you details about the fleece in question.
