my question is would the ormones in bc pills show up as a positive result in a pregnancy test?

Yep, I'd say she's prego. There isn't any HCG in BC pills.

When you switch birth control, you're supposed to use other contraceptives (condoms) for a couple of weeks, otherwise, chances are VERY good that she is pregnant.

BC is not fertility drugs (and it is only SPECIFIC drugs which would say on the label that they will cause false positives).
