I am 29.5 weeks and ds is breech. He has been this way for over 2 weeks and I don't want him to like it too much. When should I start to worry? When should I start trying to convince him to turn (tilts, flashlights, music, etc.)?

my dd was breech all the way to 38 weeks at which point she turned transverse. At 40 week appt she turned head down. I know there are little exercises you can do to encourage the move- but I don't know them right off hand. Giving birth naturally by peggy omara shows one and so does birthing from within, there is specific yoga moves that help too. I wouldn't be too worried this early.

I am pretty sure the midwives mentioned that at 34 weeks if the baby is breech/transvernse they start to be concerned. Then at 36 weeks they start with excercies to try and get the baby in possition. So I would think 34 weeks would be a good time to start 'working on it'. Babyes can be breech / transverse until mom goes into labor, then they flip on their own. It is also common for baby to be breech/transverse until the 30 or so week mark.

My DD was breech until about 37 weeks. She turned on her own.

My baby now is breech at about 30 weeks. I'm hoping she will turn on her own too!
