Nausea, sore nipples, and the babe that will not stop nursing

Growth spurt + nausea + teething babe that won't stop nursing = fun!

I feel so awful. I'm exausted, my babe keeps me up all night, I'm so nausious, and she is going thru a growth spurt. She loooooooooooooooves to latch on, turn her head, pull off, latch on, turn her head, pull off....rinse and repeat....over and over which really sucks because the most painful part of nursing these days is latch on. It's not so bad after she gets going. Feh.

I suppose I shouldn't whine, I feel blessed to have been able to concieve #2 on the first try instead of another two year ordeal. I feel blessed that my pregnancy is strong and my hormones are raging, even if it makes me a bit of a rude wench. A nasious rude wench. :LOL

But man, I forgot that I don't much care for the first trimester

I was there with #2 and now again with #3. It's hard. This time I have 2 littles going after the milk, fun fun fun.

My nausea was worse this time thanthe last 2, it's finally starting to subside. Congrats, the first trimester will be over soon and you'llstart feeling a bit better.

I have a friend who got pregnant while nursing twins....with twins! Thankfully the first two weaned before she had the second two...

Oof, I am in the same boat. Only, I don't think I have any milk left in there. But alas, he keeps nursing in the morning, at noon, and at before bed. I love the lil guy and look forward to tandem nursing.. just not sure how i will make it THROUGH the rest of hte pregnancy with this. :LOL The insides of my breasts get sore after he nurses and sometimes during. Oh well. :) It's worth it, eh?

I feel ya! I still have lots of milk. My baby is only 8 months, and she still nurses a lot. We only give solids once a day. Feh. My poor, poor nipples!

me too. although most of the time I'm so distracted since it feels like he's got broken glass for teeth.
I feel like ds is got a growth spurt going on also, so I'm trying to stuff him with protein.

No! no no no no no pleeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaase no! I conceived while nursing my twins and I'm TERRIFIED that it's twins again! I find out tomorrow....
