Our dd is 20 months. She is waking up every 1-2 hours screaming or crying. She won't stand to be soothed by me or daddy, only the bottle....i know :bag: (she actually self weaned when I was 5 months prego) *I want her to be soothed in whatever way she needs and if she was still nursing I would soothe her that way, ykwim? So I have a bit of an issue with the bottle thing but I'm letting it slide (cause dp is fine with it)*
Anyways...I'm trying to get to the root-cause of why she's waking up so much and so violently. I have witnessed her wimpering, shouting, talking and thrashing while asleep. She will wake, soothe to the bottle after crying for 1-3 minutes and fall back asleep without much of a problem. Then we start the cycle all over again.
What are your thoughts of her behavior and wwyd?
