Hi,
my son is 3 months old, weights 15lbs+, and sleeps in bed with my DH and I. He wakes up to feed at least twice. Does anyone have tricks to help babies sleep through the night?
Thanks

Three months old is stull really early to be sleeping through the night. My ds2 is 11 months and still wakes to nurse once or twice a night, which is completely normal. I know you are probably really tired, can you snooze/sleep while lying down and nursing?

Oh gosh, it'll likely be a while of waking in the night! :)

Not to alarm you, but my eldest DD woke SEVERAL times a night to nurse until she was two! As the PP mentioned, though, I became very skilled at falling asleep while nursing her.

Our second DD is a whole different baby (obviously :LOL) and slept through at only a few of weeks age ~ gee, until then, I thought that was urban legend!

Remember too, the technical definition of "sleeping through" is 6 hrs, I believe.

yeah, I fall back asleep. It's just tiring to not get much REM sleep, you know? Well, I guess I'll have to be patient...

I swear soon enough, you will barely even wake up. One of the best benefits of cosleeping is that you are not sitting up in a chair waiting for your baby to finish eating. With J I roll over and latch him on and go right back to sleep, usually not even opening my eyes.
