Hope I'm not making any of you Puke
No, but the puking smiley grosses me out :LOL I am alternating between heartburn and nausea so its a real challenge to eat anything. Also I can't stand the taste of plain water, and can't drink anything with meals right now.
Breakfast: about 1 egg scrambled with spinach, couldn't eat the toast I made because I started feeling queasy
Lunch: frozen chicken pot pie :bag: (I swear I don't normally eat this way!)
Snack: I have no clue what I will end up having, but I am definitely needing snacks cause I'm always hungry. Maybe an apple and PB.
Dinner: planning to have chicken stirfry with lots of veggies over brown rice. Hopefully I will be able to actually cook it
I am having such a hard time trying to find something to eat! I usually eat really healthy and would love to be right now!

Wow...y'all are eating better than me right now. :LOL For those of you that don't know, I am currently in Colorado, finishing up (as of today) my work for the COlorado Shakespeare Festival as the production stage manager. So I am away from home since May 12th. I am living in company housing and have none of my cooking stuff, and no where to really cook, since these are student apartments...so it have been lots of tv dinner and pre-prepped food. :(
Breakfast: donut, half a bagel with peanut butter, juice, water
Lunch: turkey sandwich w. sprouts & lettuce, cheese, pretzels, water
Dinner....nothing yet....really want a burger.:LOL Allmy food is gone as I am leaving tomorrow, so I am not sure yet.
I have been drinking a lot of water though.
I think I am going to need to start eating more so I don't get so tired. It has been hard though.

I ate baaaaadly today. I felt queasy most of the day, so just ate what sounded good. I can't even divide it into meals.
Some crackers with colby jack cheese.
Some cashews.
A nectarine.
A pluot.
An odwalla superfood bar.
More cheese and cashews.
A few baby carrots.
Some popcorn.
I drank water, pom/mango juice, and milk.

I had to force down half a bowl of oatmeal and a fruit smoothie this morning. I feel like crap.
We went to the pool last night and it got a little breezy when the sun was setting----now I've got a full blown cold along with the chills.
Guess I'll have to take a nap and hang out on MDC today. :mischief

Well, the nausea has definately kicked in, but I found the more frequently I eat, the better I feel (just queasy, instead of 'gaggy'). So far I have eaten:
Breakfast: 2 small pieces whole grain rye toast with marg, an apple, and half-caff coffee (I know I have to give it up, but I am weaning slowly :coffee ) with Silk soy coffee whitener.
Snack: 3 homemade cookies (I just made up the recipe and *love* it -- I use whole wheat flour, 2 eggs, pumpkin seeds and raisins, so they are kind of like a trail-mix cookie, with lots of protein and nutrients).
Lunch: leftover vegan lasagna, and a glass of club soda and cranberry juice with a squeeze of lime :yum , then a big bowl of Rice Dream Cookies 'n' Dream ice cream.
Dinner: I don't know yet. Probably something simple, because after 'feeding my nausea' during the day, I usually just want something simple at night. Maybe a rice and veggie curry.
Oh, and I am drinking as much water as possible through the day -- it is so muggy and humid. Blech!

Mommabear, I know exactly what u mean. I feel nauseous so I eat little, little all day. Can I tell you how much I love :love smoothies :love ? I can drink one of those and feel better immediately. It's so much better than eating.

I have not been eating healthy lately, I have been eaing whatever sounds good. I am super queasy.
B-Peanut butter toast and a cup of ginger tea
Snack- Banana with peanut butter
L-Fried Bologna sandwich with pickles (total comfort food for me, not healthy at all though)
D-Whatever sounds good. I am craving an egg sandwich so that might be what I am eating
I have been chewing a lot of gum lately. It seems to help a little with the queasiness.

So when did the sickness actually kick in for everyone? Like weekwise? I just hit 5 weeks, and nothing yet.
Exhausted, hungry, but no queasy.

Snack- scrambled egg
Lunch- chicken & black bean taco (lunch out with friend) and more 7up
Snack- 3 cookies :bag:

Wow, I have eaten awful today! I better go drink a big glass of water too. I've been relying on 7up alot because it helps with the m/s.
