I am so thrilled! Initially, she was adamant about scheduling a repeat c-section and I was struggling very hard to keep my STRONG, pro-VBAC feelings to myself. I couldn't help but slide a few statistics into our conversations, though, and now she is seriously thinking about trying for a vaginal birth. YAY! Way to go, sis! :thumb Can anyone recommend some good books/resources for planning a VBAC? I would like to send some postive, empowering information her way. Which book(s) helped you most?
Edit: I just noticed the sticky at the top of the forum, re/books for VBAC. In my excitement to post, I didn't notice the thread! Still, it would be cool to hear from people who were initially unsure about trying a VBAC. What most convinced you to go for it? What bit of information, statistic, anecdote, experience, etc. made the biggest difference for you?
