This is just a quick and easy recipe to get a thread going. I don't have a clue how one goes about getting something made into a sticky, though.
Chicken and Black Bean Quesadillas
Diced, Cooked Chicken Breasts (at least 2 or 3)
Fajita seasoning or Goya seasoning - Or your favorite mexican seasoning
1 Can Diced Chilies
Black Beans (I just use canned and add however much I feel like at the time)
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1 Tbs. Mayo
Shredded Cheddar ( a good amount, but again I just eyeball it)
Just mix it all together and freeze in a ziploc. When it comes time to cook, after thawing just place into tortillas and bake at 350 for about 10 minutes - till cheese melts. Serve with salsa, guacamole, sour cream.
These can also be assembled and then frozen individually - then it's super easy to just pull them out of the freezer and bake. I freeze them on a cookie sheet and then put them into a ziploc together. Very Easy. Very Adaptable to your own tastes.
