Morning sickness revisited

I haven't felt sick in nearly 3 weeks. Never vomited, just felt lousy. I was in the car yesterday and started feeling violently nauseated. Once I got to my destination I ran to the bathroom and puked my guts out. :gross I couldn't believe it! 16 1/2 weeks and my first vomiting episode. I thought it might be something I had eaten, but dh had had the same things and he was fine. I thought I was in the clear, but I guess I'm not. :(

Could have been motion sickness. I think pregnancy makes you more prone to it. Hope it was a one time thing! I get sick in the car often.
