So, I had DS 2 1/2 months ago. I had pp bleeding for 6 weeks. Then had what I'm pretty sure was a period at 8 weeks. Now I think I've started another period today...2 weeks after the last one! :irked: Is this normal? Maybe it takes awhile for things to straighten out?

If your hormones are really screwed up, your progesterone is probably really low making for a non-existent LP which would put our periods closer together than normal.

I have some progesterone cream that my midwife had suggested I use for ppd. But I stopped using it a few weeks after the birth. The package says to only use it on days 13 through 27 of my cycle. But...how am I supposed to do that when my cycle is only 14 days?! Is there anything else I can do help balance out my hormones?

Try evening primrose oil. It's good for balancing hormones and has helped me in an emotional sense, so I imagine it'd be good for this as well. Also taking fish or flax oil for the omega-3s might help. :shrug
