I don't know what to tell you I havn't had it yet but I did with both of my other
ones and I know how you feel. There was never anything I could do except throw
up so I wouldn't be so naseous for a while. I am sorry you are getting sick but
just remeber it will all be worth is as soon as you see that baby.

I have been having it too the past few days and my sister told me to get ginger snaps - she had terrible MS with all of her babies. So I did and it helps! Ginger ale would work too - there are also MS suckers I have seen. Hope you feel better soon~!

I had HG with Lauren and lost ~40 pounds throughout my pregnancy so I know allllllll about remedies. :) Here are common ones:

- crackers
- eat something before your feet hit the floor in the morning
- ginger (tea, candy, snaps, etc).
- vitamin B6
- vitamin B6 + Unisom
- motion sickness bands (ex. Seabands)
- eat LOTS of protein - shoot for 75 g a day
- clear carbonated beverages
- preggie pops
- chamomille (sp?) tea
- eat frequent, small meals
- eat before you get hungry
- get lots of rest
- avoid fatty foods

That's what I can think of now. I'll add more if I think of them. You can also get prescription medication to help control it. I was on Phenegren and then Zofran with Lauren. Neither helped me, but those 2 meds help the vast majority of people.

Oh mama, I hope it get's better soon!! With my girls I was pukey sick at about 6 weeks on. This time around I haven't gotten NEARLY the same m/s, which is nice, but worries me too. I did decide that if I get that sick this time, I will go on medication, I do daycare, so I can't be too sick. :thumb

:( I'm so sorry you feel so bad mama. At least you know things are going along in there. ;) I get waves of heavy to extreme nausea accompanied by hot flashes. Sometimes I wish I would just go on and throw up so as not to be constantly on the verge. :sick

Licorice hard candies and ice cold ginger beer (much more potent than ginger ale) always helped me last time. I'll be buying them again shortly. :thumb
