sitz bath recommendation

my friend just gave birth today (congrats!) and tore along her old episiotomy scar. I want to give her sitz bath as a gift.
any recommendations for brand and where to buy them? or is it better to mix something myself? where would I get the "recipe" for the right herbs and amounts?

I liked mine a lot - it was Intimate Solutions Soothing Sitz formulated by Shinda Parker. It came with my birthing kit, so I don't know where you'd purchase it on it's own.

Do you have an herb store or natural foods store where you live? I bet they could come up with something if there isn't anything in stock.

I give all my clients Earth Mama Angel Baby Postpartum Bath Herbs. You do have to order online, so by the time you got them, it may be a little late. If nothing else, buy loose comfrey leaf.
