Wondering how to tell family..

DH & I started experimenting with a mutual friend of ours. she is awesome, we have had some jealousy issues ( both of us, she & I) but have overcome all of that. Anyways, DH & I split for a few weeks and they saw each other a few times and now she is PG. Im so happy for her but we arent totally sure it is his. She was with another man too. I love her, I never thought I would love a woman but I do. I want her to be part of our family, We want to help her raise her new baby if it is or isnt his child. I cannot figure out how to tell our families that "S" is moving in with us and we dont need a 7bdrm house to fit us all in, ya know? ANyone have any ideas?

Maybe say nothing? If it were me, I wouldn't volunteer any information, only answer questions in a very simplified manner. But my parents live in ignorance very well. Ignorance=Bliss for them.
