My daughter LOVES watching births (ie. 'A Baby Story' etc.), but I want to be able to give her a more healthy view of labor/birth.
I don't like her thinking that you 'have' to go to the hospital and have alot of interventions or have a c-section to have a baby.

Soooo, I was wondering if you all could give me recommendations for birth videos. Either home births or birth center births would be nice.
Any input would be appreciated, thanks so much!

Born in Water: A Sacred Journey
You can read more about it here: http://www.waterbirth.org/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=256&zenid=7356949114ae9127ef0a12583134c461

It is almost entirely just laboring and birthing and the parents sharing the story of their baby's birth.

My vote is for Birth Day (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B0008JFMXS/qid=1126793243/sr=8-1/ref=pd_bbs_1/103-8014970-7841436?v=glance&s=dvd&n=507846) it's a really nice one - you'll see birth as a family affair.

Another vote for Birth Day. My son loved to watch it-- particularly the last bit, where the whole family gathers in the tub with mom and the baby. My son (3 1/2 at the time) called it "the baby and the brother movie"

I also like Gentle Birth Choices. It has some great home and birth center births. My 4 yo loves to watch it.
