What time do you put them to bed?

Co-sleepers, do you put them to bed first and come to bed later? How do you get them to sleep alone until you come to bed? what is your routine?

My dd is three now but has always co-slept with us. She doesn't have a set bedtime, I take her to bed when she seems tired (anywhere from 8 - 11 pm) and lie down and nurse her until she's asleep. This usually takes about 15-30 minutes. Unless she goes to bed quite late, I just get up for awhile and she has always stayed asleep for at least 3 hours on her own until I get to bed. Even when she was very tiny she'd usually stay asleep for a couple of hours before she would let me know she needed me.

When we coslept yes I put her to bed before us. Her bedtime changed sometimes as late as 10pm as early as 6pm. It wasn't till around two where she really fell into a set bedtime. I'd nurse her down or lay with her untill she was ready to go on her own or was asleep.

Mostly she sleeps when we do. Sometimes she goes to sleep an hour or so ahead of us and we put her in bed, but we're usually close by bathing, showering and generally getting ready for bed.
