I just got a +! But I've been sick...

...with a 102 fever for a couple days. DH had it last week. Now DS and I have it. I'm kind of freaked out. It's okay, isn't it? Does the body protect the fetus in some way?

I had a fever with this pregnancy right about the time a positive appeared, and my doctor (RE) said it was no problem at that level (it was 101, I think). I've since read that fevers often accompany implantation or come shortly after as the body adjusts, and that it's okay as long as it's not really high.
