Wow, something is starting to happen in there! I'm not saying it's imminent---I know it could be a week or more away---but at least SOMETHING is going on! Last night I woke up repeatedly with contractions, the kind that feel significant, and backache, and indigestion and diarrhea. Kinda hard to sleep! I was also hungry at 5 AM, very unusual for me. Anyway, I slept on and off all night and then this morning, my mucous plug came out! No bloody show (gads how I hate that term), but I feel rather predromal now. You know...crampy, backache, sporadic contractions. I wonder how long it will be until we get to meet our brand new child?
Take care everyone!! Beautiful labor vibes to us all!

Congrats! Was the plug tinged with blood at all? With ds I lost some of my plug at 37 weeks (a large glob of mucus and extremely sticky) and then at 38 weeks lost the rest that was blood tinged and delivered the next day.

Wooo hooooo!! It looks like Baby might make her/his entrance in the next couple of days! This morning my remains of the mucous plug are blood-tinged, and wow, I'm thinkin' that we might get to meet our cub today or tomorrow. *might!* You never know, right? Anyway, I'm so excited that something has finally started. Can't wait to welcome Brian or Hillary into the family and onto the warm breast. Wow. Mmmm.
