where is the trading post?

if i understand correctly, i now qualify for entrance to the trading post--how do i find it? do i have to apply to get in? if so, i would appreciate instructions. thanx!

I think you have to wait 3 months to have access, but I could be wrong

OK, it is 60 days not 90.
I had to log out and log back in for the TP to appear the first time. Maybe try that?
