oh, the usual stuff you avoid. Sushi, alcohol, most caffeine, Brie. I avoid meat anyway since I am veg / pesco. Avoiding large or farmed fish, including halibut and farmed salmon. Trying to take in more fresh fruits and veggies, yogurt, and whole grains.
I don't have much of an appetite for cereal which is weird because I LOVE cereal.

I don't go near red meat or chicken much anymore...the my husband had for dinner looked good...but I know better than to go near a medium rare steak...and that's the only way I can eat a steak.
I don't go near bacon and eggs make me pukey...so those are out of the question. The only things that sound good to me at breakfast are cereal and yogurt (thankfully I have a reason to eat it). I'm really into vegetables lately and that seems to be about it.
I never have eaten many snacky/fatty foods like potato chips or anything, so that's still not what I'm eating.

Wow! That sounds divine to me right now! I am sorry it is making you ill though. Thanks for suggesting that, I have forgotten about soy milk! :thumb

I learned the hard way last night that ice cream is really yucky coming back up. I'm avoiding that from now one and red meat the very though makes me queasy. Meat in gerneral actually makes me queasy lately.

Hmm... Why not? I read that hamburger (ground beef) must be well done, but steaks you can eat rare... I haven't had a stomach for steak yet, but I'd love to know what the scoop is!
