Looking for a Midwife to help with VBAC

I had a csection for failure to progress. we are trying to get pregnant again. i would love to vbac but im not sure if my OB would do it. if not, i would try a homebirth with a midwife. I got intouch with someone in ICAN who gave me the name of someone closer to me, but i was wondering if anyone has anyother info.

i live in in south east ohio, right on the west virginia border. i am 60 miles south west of pittsburgh, PA.
