Anyone interested in taking a Bradley class starting 11/10? I want to take this class but so far I am the only one signed up and she needs at least another student. Instructor Betsy Hoffmeister is also a local La Leche League leader. I'm planning a home birth, and I know she teaches the whole range of information from planning a home birth (she had one) to coping with the Seattle hospital scene to how to deal with an epidural or c-section. She teaches at her home in West Seattle. Does anyone else need a teacher? She says she has had students from as far away as Kent, Des Moines, Vashon, and North Seattle. Here's her website:

Try cross posting in Dec. and maybe even Feb. DDCs. I would love to attend this class. If I was in/ around Seattle :(

Hello,
I live a little far from Seattle and this is my second - so I am not planning to take classes again. But, I just wanted to put in a good word for Betsy. I have met her on a few occasions and she is awesome! I am working on my certification for La Leche League. I hope you find someone - she would be an excellent teacher! Sorry I am not able to take the classes. I took some natural birth classes (Bradley) with my first. It was a one on one - two session class. Very good. Best of luck to you! I had a homebirth with my first and am planning on one for our second! Its the only way to go!
