Looking for AP Moms in NYC!!!

Hi ALL!
I am mama to a 6 month old boy, and I live on the UES of Manhattan. I am looking for other mamas of babies in NYC who want to get together once a week or whatever to talk, connect, and play. We are EBF, cosleeping, baby-wearing and politically liberal and I would LOVE to meet other like-minded moms in NYC. I go to ESBC occasionally, but it's hard to get to from here, so I would love to meet other moms who want to rent videos, drink hot chocolate, hang out and chat.

MamaKoala, sounds wonderful, the eating chocolate & renting videos thing. Wish I could.

I'm on the UWS. Baby DS#2 is 10 mo & wouldn't let me watch more than four minutes of any video at all. He's also into this screech thing now (happy but noisy) that doesn't allow for any TV watching without the closed captions being activated. :D

Just started going to LLL meetings again to connect with other mamas somehow (hadn't been to them since DD was a baby).

But in the warmer weather it would be great if we could get a bunch of moms to the park or some such ...

we actually don't watch much of the video either :wink. We just hang out for a couple of hours! But either way you are free to email me if you want to come over. But the park thing sounds great!! Send me your email address and when we start going for walks etc I will let you know!!
