I am going to be opening my Chiropractic office next year and I am specializing in caring for pregnant women and newborn babies. I would LOVE to decorate my office with beautiful and elegant sculptures of pregnant women and place them in the garden or by a waterfountain. I just think birth is so beautiful.

I don't know of any great artists that specialize in this, do you?

Thanks :hippie

Do you get Mothering magazine? In the back theres ads and one of them is for an artist that does just what you described...I actually have one of her pamphlets at home but I'm at work right now....

Hi there,
I thought of one place in particular where I have seen beautiful sculptures.
attachments catalog sculptures (http://www.attachmentscatalog.com/gifts/sculpt.html) .

Sounds like a fabulous idea! What lucky patients you will have!

Belly Castings!!!!! Help a client do one for herself and ask if she'll let you do one for your office. Then decorate it!

Fun!

I know that on e-bay they frequently have some very nice sculptures, paintings, photos, etc. I am a future midwife, and I collect beautiful representations of birth as well. I just purchased on ebay a beautiful wood statue of a pregnant african lady. It isn't overly ethnic, but just wonderful. With UPS s&h, I paid about $25 and plan on putting it on the desk in my office.
