Hiya Moms and Mommas-to-be! I am just got my :+ and I am totally shocked! DH and I have been talking about starting to try again in Spring 2006 and although we weren't being extra careful to NOT get pregnant, it didn't really occur to me that I COULD get pregnant without trying! Anyway, I have a 21 month old daughter Avery. We are still breastfeeding, co-sleep, sling, practice AP and gentle discipline. I am currently watching my friend's three kids ages 4, 2 1/2 and 1 but will be ending that at the end of December. Unfortuantly, I can't afford to stop working, so despite my pregnancy, I will be seeking a new job. I have known for a week or so that I was pregnant. Just like with my daughter, I just KNEW that things were different. I've had some cramping, back aches, PEEING and a vague nauseous feeling. And I am awfully moody :) I think DH knew I was pregnant agian when I threw a book at him! I am currently planning a hospital birth with the CNM that I had Avery with. We've been talking about homebirth though, we'll see. We had a wonderful, wonderful, wonderful experience with Avery and am not in a big rush to change that. The biggest factor will be having to leave Avery overnight. I just can't believe that we are pregnant.....
