pregnancy blues (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/038533866X/103-9092984-0816614?v=glance&n=283155&s=books&v=glance)

I just got it from the library.

I really wish this book had come out 24 months ago, i would have scooped it up when i did all my "how to" pregnancy reading and probably saved myself a lot of trouble and heartache. even now at 13 month pp, i will still get a depressive episode. (just got out of a pretty bad one).

im reading it in hopes that i will be prepared for my next pregnancy (when ever that may be) cause im sure it will trigger again.

its definately going to be one of my "must reads" to any newly pregnant mama.

thanks I'm having a bad episode now- due to weaning, I think. Just cried in the shower while my poor baby cried too. Maybe this will help me and my family.

I haven't read this book but it is written by my Psychiatrist. My GP referred me to Dr. Misri in August. I like her, FWIW.
