Cervix pointing to the front?

Is it supposed to be like that? I am having massive cramping tonight and my lower back keeps cramping up too. It feels like something is happening so I stuck my fingers in there and my cervix feels like it is way forward. It feels low though so doesnt that mean it's thick and not ready at all? I dont know what the heck is going on. I never had this with Jevin.....the only cramping I had with him was right when they inserted the cytotec for induction. I just wish I knew what was happening!

i have absolutely no idea. i'm sorry. i hope someone does...and that the cramping goes away soon!! can you have some water and put your feet up? are they like contractions? or is it a constant pain?

I've been drinking tons of water. Maybe I should just go lay down. It hurts worse when I sit still though. I'm getting BH but the pain from those is just really low, not all over my entire stomach like I think it would be. Then again who knows, I never got that with Jevin, only back pain (posterior.)

how frequent are the BH? if it'll help you to walk around a bit, you should do that. all of the things that you think you'll try during actual labor you should try now, kwim? basically - whatever works. if absolutely nothing helps over an hour or so, i'd call your mw to check in and see what she thinks it could be. you might be in early labor. :)

She's coming tomorrow at 4 for the home visit so I'm definately gonna tell her then. Yeah, I should go try walking......LOL

can you dance on DH? you know what i mean, right? the rocking might feel nice and you can relieve some pressure by leaning on DH...
