Okay, I never have yeast infections and never had one while pregnant with ds, so what do I do? can I use an over the counter medicine? Should I call my ob?

yeast infections can come with the pg territory. You could try any of the natural methods: probiotics, natural plain yogurt in your yanni before bed, a peeled clove of garlic attached to a string in your yanni. Or if you prefer call your OB and check, I wanna say you can use the OTC while pg, but it wouldn't hurt to ask!

Well, I have probiotics at home - I'll add that to my neverending list of vitamins/supplements...
Keep wondering how well I'll do with m/s and taking 5 supplements in the am plus 3 tinctures, and 2 supplements at night plus 3 tinctures plus probiotics now - ugh, makes me nauseous just thinking about it.
Thanks!

wow you have me beat! Which is impressive.. Although watch out once the 2nd trimester comes around I'll be taking enough herbs, to put me back in the lead of taking the most "stuff" haha!

What herbs will you add in the 2nd tri? I'm just glad I'll be dropping the p supps in the 2nd tri (which I even forgot to mention in the previous post.)

You can use OTC yeast infection treatments while pg. (In fact, I just did last night. Oh, joy.)

Alfalfa leaf, Red raspberry leaf tea, nettle, oat-straw, dandelion leaf and red clover. And I am debating Goat's rue, there just isn't a lot of research done on that one. These are all in hopes of increasing glandular growth...

sling - oh yes, I remember your post about the glandular issue! Good luck, I really hope it works for you!
I already do nettle and RRL, but I use tinctures right now. It's what my herbalist recommended.
