Hello!

I'm not a Mommy to humans (maybe someday) but an Auntie to many and a mommy to my dogs.

I was asked by my friend Kama'aina Mama to join - she figured that I might be able to help with some insight as to what it is like to grow up a non-vac'd kid and a slightly vac'd adult. I just haven't gotten around to posting yet! I'd be happy to answer any questions I can. I'm not well read on the subject, but I know what I've been through.

Bear with me though, I'm not great at figuring out what all of the "codes" are - guess I'm going to have to get Kama-Mama to send me a dictionary. :wink

Nice to meet you! Thank you for letting me be a part of your community.

Missgrl - thank you for your kind welcome. I must admit that Kama is basically my best female friend. I treasure her. We've been through a lot over the years...and I have been so lucky as to have been accepted as an "adopted sister" in her very large family (her story, ask her! LOL).

Thanks again!

Rigga

Hi Rigga! I saw you being introduced on the Snapes thread, so I already know some important stuff about you :LOL

It'll be good to have you here. If you are anywhere as cool as kama, you're going to be one of my faves here, too!

Hey babe, good to see you! The lovely and talented Cynthia Mosher (who I believe you have met ;) ) has made a brief list of the most commonly used abreviations and you can find it here. (http://www.mothering.com/discussions/showthread.php?s=&threadid=2080) Of course you can ask me anything and since I am such an insufferable know-it-all I will give you an answer. It just might be worthless.

Hey, there is another hot little chat about the next Potter book down in books!
