Daphne is here!!!! (Pics added)

Daphne Malia was born at 7:41 am this morning in the water. She was born IN her waterbag! LOL My plug, her and the waterbag came out all at once! So no, you dont have to lose your plug first! LOL

Her stats are:
7 pounds 12 oz
14 in head
19 3/4 inches long

She latched right away and is SUPER mellow!!

The birth was good. It hurt like hell of course but that's normal. LOL Contrax started at 11 pm but didnt get painful until 2:30 and even then were not so unmanagable until about 5 am. The midwife and assistant and my mom got here about 4:30-5. I never got checked so I dont know what I was at that point. They started filling the pool around 6-6:30 and I got in and it still hurt the same amount but it helped the shakes I was having. Around 7 am I threw up in a bowl while I was sitting in there.....I figured I was in transition then. The contrax started feeling more "pushy" around 7:30.....and I would grunt and moan and she said if I felt like pushing to just let my body do it's thing. I had to hardcore push and I thought it was cause I had to poop real bad so I kept telling them I was gonna poop and I didnt want to. I started pushing with the last 3 contrax and she was out on the third contrax. No one counted or told me to push which was SOOO nice. It was so weird feeling her head come out with that strong of an urge. The rest of her body came right out and we pulled her up from the water and she seemed sooooooooo small to me! I was expecting this big ole baby! LOL I'm downloading pics right now. She's soooo cute and little! Jevin cut her cord too with Papa's help. He was standing by me telling me "your a good girl, mama!" I thought he would get scared but we warned him in advance that mama might yell and moan like a mama lion so he knew what to expect a bit. He wants to hug her but he doesnt want to hold her yet. My mom and dad just left and they took Jevin with them for the night so we can get some sleep. I am sooo happy to be at home though, it's a complete world of a difference from last time. No one took her away from me for washing or anything. She was born and then we just sat in the pool for an hour while she nursed the whole time. No one stuffed a mucous sucker in her face or anything, no pressure for that eye crap.....very gentle.
