I've been on Lexapro for about a month now. I'm on a small dose, 5mg, and it has really helped lift my depression. Only thing is, I've experienced about 3 weeks of really clogged ducts(and now mastitis) in one breast. DS was also sick for a week and couldn't breathe (stuffed up) so nursing was whacky, but I'm just wondering if the Lexapro could be effecting my letdown reflex.
It seems like I don't feel the letdown of milk as acutely, but maybe that's because ds is a year old now? Also, I'm not leaking at all anymore. (not that I'm COMPLAINING about that:)
Anyway, just checking to see if anyone else had a similar experience.
