Hey Everyone,

This is my first visit to the website and my first thread. I'd love to get your thoughts on this!

I am happily expecting my second child on August 10. I found out that we are expecting at almost the same exact time I found out with my first. I am feeling much, much better this time around (not nearly as much nausea, etc.). I'm wondering if it might be because I know what to expect this time, etc. I'm also curious if maybe I'm having a girl instead of a boy this time?

Let me know if any of you have experienced different feelings as far as morning sickness, etc, in different degrees according to the sex of your kids. It's probablyl just an old wive's tale, but it's fun to think about.

Thanks!

welcome!

I think a lot of that stuff is myth :lol
But it does help to know a little of what to expect. :)

I am pg with my 2nd too, was never sick with my first. Not really sick so far but i get a little nauseous sometimes after i eat.

Glad you are having a good pregnancy so far!

:)

I don't know but it would be nice! I was sick for nine months with ds. I am really hoping for a girl this time and I'm not feeling bad at all. Well, not now anyways, I felt awful a week ago. I think I'm just getting my hopes up though, I think it has more to do with the difference in my age.

I was terribly sick the last time and had a girl. I haven't been very sick this time, so everybody thinks it's a boy. I'll let you know.
