Cloth postpartum pads do help

I was having major crotch pain yesterday and I think it was cause those disposable pads were sticking to my little tear so everytime I changed it, it hurt terribly. But I switched to the cloth postpartum ones I had (the bleeding is getting a bit better, it was super nasty before) and no more sticking. I started spraying them with that witch hazel spray too and it helps.

Yeah, the ones in my birth kit were the huge kind......that are supposed to be belted I think. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA They stick so bad it hurts!

I have mostly "regular" and only a few postpartum but I think by the time I ordered more postpartum and had them shipped, I would only need the regular......so for now I am just washing them often with her size 0 kissaluvs dipes (those fit the best of all the ones we have.)

where are the best and least expensive (yes, both! lol!) cloth pads? i have a bit to splurge but dont know where to go.

I really loved them last time too! I thought they'd be gross, but they totally wernt! I think the plastic ones were a major irritant too, maybe the chemicals in them?

When I used disposables postpartum with DS, I felt like my crotch was being eaten away by acid. I went out and switched to Glad Rags and that feeling went away entirely. Cloth was a godsend for me.

I haven't learned too much about other brands, but love, love, love my Glad Rags. I always went straight to the factory where they made them, so they were not marked up by stores.

I also plan on just using some cloth prefolds in a mesh panty until the major bleeding subsides. Then I'll switch to the regular cloth pads.

I have gladrags that I like too.......but the pp Happy Heiny ones I like alot. I got some Ava'z off ebay that I like too and run bigger for pp.
