Hi Everyone!
I've been lurking here for a week or so and am finally getting up the nerve to write. I'm still in some shock that I am pregnant and am afraid to jinx it by posting. Silly, I know!

I am 33 y.o fulltime WOHM, married to DH, and have a wonderful 11 month old DS. He is still nursing a lot and I have had no AF so we were floored to find out that I am pregnant again!

I had 2 miscarriages before DS was born so am very worried about that happening again. Have no idea of my due date, so am looking forward to my midwife appt next week for some more info!

Any other mamas having closely spaced babies? I have some anxiety about handling 2 babies under 2 and working fulltime!

Looking forward to getting to know you all!
Sammy C

hi sammy c! congratulations! i know what you mean about not believing you are here. i feel the same way...i got the positive hpt yesterday and still want to take another 10 tests just to make sure :lol . my dh and i decided to quit our birth control method last month, since we 'eventually' wanted to have another baby. since my cycles are very long and irregular, i thought it would take a few months or longer. nope.

my ds is 10.5 months!!! scary! it is gonna be tough, but we can do it, right?????

Congratulations! Mine will be closely spaced too, but not quite as close as yours! :) They'll be almost 2 years apart. I had a miscarriage before ds was born, so I know what you mean bout jinxing. Since my miscarriage was early (6 weeks), it feels good to be over that "hump!" Good luck! I'm looking forward to having close babies. They really won't remember life without each other! I've heard from other moms that while it is tough in the beginning, it's great to have a "friend" around all the time.
