what is up with my skin!! WAAH!

i have more zits right now than ever in my entire life. i've never been a zitty person. never really had more than one every few months. and right now i have about 15!! it's awful!!! WTF???

i drink more water than ever...what else can i do???

So sorry! It is probably nursing hormones. My midwife says that is why babies break out when your milk comes in. They got red bumps all over their body. My skin has broken out more lately too but I figured it was because I have been too lazy to wash my face. :lol
