Nope! Denial is my current state of mind!
I just wanted to say HI to you ladies. I guess it appears I will be joining you over the next 9-10 months. I am seriously still in shock....I have had 3 BFP tests-all with faint lines but lines none the less. Even tho I say I am denial...the signs are all there...Im queasy...emotional...grumpy one minute and elated the next....yep all the classic signs are there.
My name is LeighAnne...Im 31 years old and I just had a baby this past May...she is 7 1/2 months old. I guess the old adage is true...you really CAN get pregnant while breastfeeding. I have mixed feelings because I wanted to spend a good year with my new dd before even entertaining the thought of another baby....and I wanted to prolong my BF relationship with dd for as long as possible too. I am worried my milk is going to dry up. Anyway....I just wanted to say hi. I have no idea what my dd is...I think it is around 9/25 tho based on lmp and when we dtd...and I am pretty sure I know when I ovulated.

Hope you all are well!

Congrats and welcome! Nature has a funny way of totally disregarding our plans, doesn't it?

Congrats! Its ok...life just works out that way...

Imagine the thought of my friend getting pg at 3 months pP....she went in to get on BC and the doc said "I am sorry, we cannot give you BC, you are pg"

:lol

There are plenty of people who nurse through pregnancy and then tandem nurse and it works out great. Since your dc is so young I think your chances are good.

My dd is 17 months and I was thinking she might wean when I end up pg...but then this last week shes been all about her booby again....anyways :blah

CONGRATS!

Hi! Welcome and Congrats! My first two are relatively close in age (also a surprise :lol ) and while it was tough in the very early months, I adore it now. They are so close and really enjoy one another's company. I know it sounds cliched, but it really does all work out. :wink

Mine was a surprise too! My dd is 14 months old right now, so she will be around 19-20 months when this one is born.

It's not looking so good...I guess I have learned my lesson now about speaking too early because we arent sure whats going on now. First off, I told DH two nights ago and his reaction was opposite of what I thought it would be. He was somewhat excited...and happy! We were really excited and starting to make lots of plans....
this morning I started spotting but very very lightly....more mucousy than anything but a little bit of brown color mixed in. I didn't stress about it too much but I did go purchase another HPT to have on hand...but figured I would just return it...I mean I dont need a test to know Im pregnant because I am feeling it in every way. But earlier tonight I went to the bathroom and ended up wiping red blood on the tissue...not alot....sorta like spotting and after wiping a few times it went away. But there is still brown/red color here and there. SO I took the HPT and it came back negative. Took the second one...and again its negative (First respond early). So we are just cry even DH is feeling let down that this might not happen now. Its so not fair....anyway...anyone ever had this happen and they did infact remain pregnant?

I read your update and thought I would tell you that happened to me with Nolan. I had lost a baby 2 month before we got pregnant with him. So I was very nervous and worried all the time. ( about like I do with this one.) Anyway I did that about 9 weeks. Then I did that again aobu the 11th week. They sent me in for a ultrasound and everytime I went in he was fine his little heart was beating away. The doctor thought it was so bleeding from him implanting. Maybe that is what you are having. I never did take a test during that time. I am praying for you and I will be here for you if you need anything. I have been through it all. Feel free to ask me anything. I hope that this help you some. Hang in there. :hug :Hug

Oh yes I had serious spotting with #3. And I never did get a positive home test with him. He is a healthy 16 month old now. And yes I am in serious denial!! Since my other kids are 5, almost 3, and 16 months and we were using multiple methods of birth control.
