Just wondering if your intake of RRL seemed to have an affect on your contractions at all. I once heard someone mention that they thought having taken RRL tea during their pregnancy strengthened their contractions, but that it weakened their AF cramps (which both could make sense to me considering RRL's toning properties)...while at the same time, I've heard more people say it did nothing noticable for them.

I've been drinking at least one cup of RRL or Pregnancy tea each day, mostly just because I had SOOO much left over from my previous pgs.

It does strengthen contactions and ease cramps. The reason it helps with menstrual cramping is due to the high amounts of magnesium which, if taken during you period will significantly decrease cramping. I always drink it during pregnancy and haven't yet been disappointed.
