Bottles??

I go back to work next week and Sada still won't take a bottle. We did regular bottles with Nuk nipples which worked great for Josie but she won't take them. So we bought the Avent kind and Playtex nurser yesterday and the Avent she took a little but not really well and we haven't tried Playtex yet. Any one have any other suggestions??

I go back on February 6th :( We have been working for two days on bottles it would probably go easier if I would allow more then one a day but I refuse to give up more nursing time.

We use the Playtex Natural Latch and she will take it but not happily. I can't be in the room, so DH has to be the one to give the bottle. Unfortunately what worked was waiting until she was hungry and angry. She took the thing out of frustration not because she wanted to. I hope it gets easier.

I wish I had better advice.

ava took the playtex nipple...the one that comes with the disposable system, not sure what kind that is. slow release...

elliot took the avent newborn nipple... he wasn't too happy about it, but he did take it. it still came out really fast, though.

thanks. DH said she did best on the playtex- but she still isn't taking to it well. Its wierd, Josie would only take the nuk nipple and she took it so easily and didn't have any prob going btwn breast and bottle. every baby is different!!

what about those bottles that are shaped like the breast and thw hole thing is soft?
