Hello! One of my daughters is turning six in a few weeks and I told her she could invite three of her friends over for a birthday celebration. I would love to do a great craft project with them - maybe an apron? Any suggestions from you crafty moms?

You could make bath goodies!

If you buy some melt and pour soap, you could microwave it and let the girls add fragrances and colors to their own, then pouring into molds (household containers work fine)

:)

Thanks LaLa! I am not sure I know what melt and pour soap is. Where would I get this?

Thanks!!

I just did this with my 4 yr. old for a sleep over "party" with her cousin. At the craft store we got cardboard frames. Our craft box at home is filled with all kinds of things. So they chose things from thereto glue on the frame. Buttons, stickers, pom-poms, fabric etc. We took a polaroid of the girls together in their PJ"s to put inside. Came out so cute!

You get melt and pour soap at a local craft store (like michaels, ben franklin, etc)

They usually sell it in 2lb slabs. They also sell inexpensive fragrance oils and coloring agents :)
