VBAC dr/mw in south Louisiana??

Good morning!! I know it's a long shot but does anyone know of or how to find a doctor or midwife that is VBAC friendly around the Lafayette to Lake Charles area?

I've had one c-section and definately don't want another...

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated!
