Crying herself to sleep

Tori has started this new thing this week. She will not fall asleep unless she cries herself to sleep. What is going on? There is nothing wrong, she's fed, changed, not hot or cold, but she still wails for a good 10-15 minutes and then she'll fall asleep. It wouldn't be that bad if it was only once or twice a day, but its EVERY time she falls asleep. (for the night AND naps) Is there anything I can do to stop this?
