View Full Version : Sore inner thigh

My inner thigh has been hurting for a month or more and it's starting to get worse and seems to be spreading to a larger area. At first I thought it was a pulled muscle, but I can't get it stretched out. My chiropractor did some work on it, but that didn't help either. I wonder if it's over stretched from squatting. I try to get in a squatting position for some time every day. I really don't feel like I'm over-doing it, but maybe I am.

:hug I'm sorry your in pain. Does walking help, one of my calves has felt similar and if I walk it seems to help. Wish I had better advice. Hopefully someone later on will post more advice...

I feel like someone kicked me in the crotch.
Hard.
Maybe it's a ligiment thing and it will go away after the baby arrives?
Have you tried heat? Hot bath or shower maybe?
That's generally what I do for mysterious pain.

I feel exactly like you do. Sore inner thighs ehh...for a few months already. The doctor promised it is going to go away in a few weeks KWIM? :wink

Thanks for the advice and hugs! Walking just seems to agrivate it. I should try heat. I'm sure it's got something to do with my joints being all loosey-goosey and doing wierd things to my muscles and ligiments. I'm just worried that it will effect me during labor.
