I had a 21 hour labor - but all natural although a difficult pushing stage. That was last Friday night. I still feel shaky when I am on my feet more than just a few minutes. Is this normal? Should I worry? Otherwise I feel fine - almost stopped bleeding already and a lot less sore in my tummy. I'm just shaky when I'm up and around very much.

Shakey how? Like your muscles are still tired or like you are going to faint? How have you been eating? Are you getting plenty of rest? Are you getting enough to drink? Do you feel this is a problem or do you think it is ok and you just need more time?
With my first birth I felt shakey for a very long time... well, about a week. With my son, I felt great by that afternoon (he was born at 8am) and felt ready to show off my baby. Each labor and birth is so different that it would be hard for me to say that it is or isn't normal. Just spend this time taking really, really good care of yourself.

Sounds like you could be low on iron still, or your blood sugar drops quickly. Increase you iron either through foods or supplements and make sure you're eating/drinking every 2-3hours.
