evening primrose oil

Can someone tell me what's the dosage for evening primrose oil. I can't remember. I'm almost 36 weeks nows the time to start taking it,, right? I did all this with DD(17 months old) but I can't seem to remember anything!
I aso took red rasberry leaf tea, why was I taking that again(my mind is so bad)?

The tea helps tone the uterus to prepare for childbirth.

The evening primerose I am not sure about. Did you try doing a search of the message board?

When I was pg with my first I was terrified of having to go to the hospital to be induced. When I hit 40 weeks I got the oil capsuls. I started with one internal and orally. Then as the days when on I increased the dosage. It is supposed to help ripen the cervix. Semen does the same thing :)

I did one with each meal at the end, plus one internally. Love those prostaglandins!

I knew EPR ripened the cervix I just couldn't remember what RRLT did.
I do remember that I did not place anything on the (ahem)inside. I only took it internally. So am I starting too early than. I would like for the baby to born before DH departs but i would not try to force(not that you could anyway).
I think it really helped with DD birth. I may have pushed 3X and she was out not to mention the five hour labor.
