I'm researching boosters and have read through a bunch of threads (THANK YOU!) and have narrowed it down to either the Parkway or the Bodyguard. Does anyone here know the difference between the two? Is the Parkway the newest version of the Bodyguard? Will appreciate any info or experience/opinions anyone has on this.

TIA!

The bodyguard has armrests that double as lockoffs, so the seat belt stays tight (if you don't lock your seatbelts. I always lock my seatbelts with a kid in a booster so that's a moot point for me). The parkway has no arms, thus is a tad easier to buckle in in a tight situation. It also has cupholders (oooohhh). The BG is slightly narrower than the PW though.

But, you're going to find that most of the bodyguards you find are old. They don't make them anymore. Thus they've been sitting on shelves and lost some of their use life. I also think the PW is more comfortable.

We just got new Parkways for the girls and they love them. My older dd can buckle herself in easily, and they both love the "wings" of the headrest so they can nap on longer trips. They are very cushy and comfy, and have the side impact protection. I researched and agonized over which booster to get, and would totally recommend the Parkway.

Thank you so much for your responses. Going to go with a Parkway!
