Well guys i just got the call!! My husband will be here sometime tomorrow.. Only bad thing is we might have to buy a plane ticket from Hawaii.. YEAH really expensive since i have to buy it for a same day flight. Anyways i had to bitch so bad for him to come home, i guess my hard work paid off finally!!!! So glad that your dh will be by your side. I know right now I am worried about my husband being here when I go into labor. He is once again working hours away from home, and I am getting anxious that he won't be by my side. I guess I feel that it very important to me, and makes me feel like he is involved more, since he has been to one appointment my whole pregnancy. do you think an airline might give you a 'compassionate ' rate? I know that they will give a partial refund or a discounted rate if you have to fly suddenly due to a family emergency such as illness or death? Do you think you might be able to get one for a birth?

Hmm thanks andi i didn't even know they did that.. I found a ticket for 598 and thats the cheapest i can find its a roundtrip since he will be having to go back...my husband has missed 2 appt. and they were because of he deployment but he will be here in time for the one on thurs...

Congratulations!! That is wonderful news. You must both be so thrilled. Yeah, $600 is pretty good - we're going in a few months and that's how much the tickets are this far in advance. Well worth every $ for your DH to be there. I'm so happy for you!
