Today I had posted in the general "I'm pregnant" thread that I thought I was having gallbladder problems. Well, I was unaware that the symptoms I had could have also been an ectopic pregnancy...thankfully a kind gal named Melissa informed me of this. I IM'd my M/W and she asked what the symptoms were and told me to immediately go down to the ultrasound place in La Jolla.
DH went with me, I was very scared and crying, trying to trust in the end result being what it should.
I do not have an ectopic nor gallbladder problems (nor kidney problems)...my old body is just wacking out I guess.
After all that I got to see my little Jelly Bean growing inside me!!! :bgbounceI was so happy I started crying again, we saw the little heart beating and I was/am simply amazed. The tech said it appeared all is as it should be. The baby's size is exactly (maybe one day more OR the baby is bigger by a day) what it should be at 6weeks (+-1day), the heart rate was normal and the amniotic sac was the 'size' it should be too I guess. He gave me pictures to start our little one's photo album.
I know I'm still early..but I will continue to think positive and look forward to continually growing this little one in me.
As an aside...For the 1st time in my life I started snoring last night. OH MY WORD...I looked into it and of course pregnancy can cause a woman to snore. I never heard that, isn't that weird?
Thanks for sharing in today's experience.
