(LOL. I did just read the "I'm in the 'I hate my DH stage of pregnancy' post...hope this doesn't offend anyone!!)

Last week I told my DH that I had craved mac & cheese at the office (I got a whiff of someone's and couldn't get it out of my head ALL day). So, he came home that night with 6 boxes of Kraft Mac & Cheese. And after he ate 5 of those boxes on his own, he went back out and re-stocked our pantry yesterday, "just in case"!

Then last night, I was sooooo nauseus (sp?) and as I lay on the bathroom floor in hopes of being sick to ease my stomach, he sat beside me and rubbed my back and kept bringing me ginger ale. He has been extremely sweet and supportive the whole way....even though we're only at about 5.5 weeks, I couldn't be more amazed at how great he's been.

He hasn't done anything 'sweet' yet, although he's notoriously good at such things. However, he's cooked a bunch of meals to my liking (because I feel too icky to cook them, let alone eat 90% of food) and has done the groceries so I wouldn't have to suffer through it.

I love my dh :heartbeat

My DH bought me 2 maternity tops and a 'onesie' for Valentines day :) I was so happy and thrilled he would do something so sweet.

What sweet husbands:) Mine seems even more doting this time around - probably because of the M/C that we just went through. He keeps buying fruits and vegetables and carefully making fresh juices with the machine for me. He is also cooking more.

Can we trade???:lol Just kidding!!! Dh hasn't done anything sweet yet but I'm sure he'll think of something!!! He was great when I was pregnant with Kiera...The sweetest thing he did then was taking me out to a romantic bed and breakfast as a complete surprise over Thanksgiving...sigh...what lovely memories!

I actually have posted in the "hate my husband" area, but I'm on a major rollercoaster... and right now I'm able to see and feel how totally sweet DH has been. Of course, last week (exactly) we had a HUGE fight and we've both been working on making things better, so that's a BIG part of it. :)

Anyway... he bought me a beautiful ruby ring for V-day. He's rubbed my back, neck, and head when I have horrid headaches (that's after he's come home from work to find me doubled over in be rubbin my own head). He did that for about an hour and he hadn't had dinner yet! :love

He's been taking care of our DD#1 in the morning before he goes to work so I could have those 10 minutes of deep alone sleeping before I have to move to the couch to doze.

He's made lunch for me during his middle of the day break from work on 3 of the 5 days this week and dinner 2 or 3 days! He's been obviously trying really hard since our fight, which is wonderful because I was really worried for a little bit, there! So, this week has been awesome. Next week I might be back in the bad husbands area posting, though. I think it's TOTALLY appropriate to have BOTH... heeheehee ESPECIALLY for preggie ladies! I mean, come on... has ANYone felt one way for a whole day?? I haven't in a WHILE now! :p :D

Probably holding my puke bucket for me is at top of the list along with doing the dishes so I don't have to look at the little pieces of food - yuck!! But, he hasn't been able to keep up with all of the stuff that needs to be done around here and I can't handle right now (horrible nausea) so my momma came over and CLEANED my house! Good lord, I love her now more than ever.

This is something really minor, but it made me feel so good. Yesterday DH said "I love you. And I love the little life growing inside of you." That means more to me than anything else.

DH volunteered immediately to take over the kittybox. When I told him I could get tested for toxo he said "Don't bother." :)

APMomof3, mine said something like that last night. "Thank you for growing our baby." Awww. :love

He unloaded and loaded the dishwasher, vacuumed the whole house, swept the kitchen floor and picked up sticks in the front yard while watching our toddler when I was gone at yoga yesterday morning. :love

He has been really understanding. I wouldn't be able to deal with half the crap he has to deal with having a pg ME in the house :D

My morning sickness has been really bad this week. One day, my husband took a long lunch hour to bring me saltines and ginger ale. And he's bringing home takeout for dinner tonight so I don't have to cook. He's also been great about taking care of our daughter in the evenings so I can go to bed early. I never knew that saltines and sleep could mean so much to me! :heartbeat

I wanted a cheeseburger the other day sooo badly I was about to cry, lol. He came home w/one for me! I inhaled it and then asked him where the other one was. :wink

He has been stopping off for this or that, whatever my whim is. He is great. He's really helping more w/the kids, even though he's been working LONG hours this last week (right when m/s got twice as bad). He took over the horse chores at night, too. THAT helped alot! really, scooping horse poop normally doens't bother me, and I normally am not bothered by the smell (she only eats hay! how bad can it be?). Now I can't even look at it w/out heaving!

My teen has been helping more, too. And my little ones, too. I just sometimes don't know how much more cover-tucking I can take, lol!
